A Wine Video about Riesling White Wines
Enjoy this wine video about enjoying wines that has to do with Riesling White Wines. This video found on YouTube may give you a couple of facts about Riesling you didn’t know.
Maximin Grunhauser 2007 Herrenberg Riesling Superior – White Wine White Wine by Maximin Grunhauser from Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany. Superior is a new wine from Maximin Grunhaus. Low-yielding old vines from the best parts of the Herrenberg and Abtsberg vineyards give superb quality grapes that are fermented with natural yeasts in traditional large old oak casks. The result is an off-dry wine that embodies all the characteristics of classic Maximin Grunhaus: perfectly balanced peach and apricot fruit, with delicate spicy mineral flavors and a lingering finish. They have great ageing potential.

Cadence 2007 Red Mountain Tapteil – Bordeaux Blends Red Wine

Cadence 2007 Red Mountain Tapteil – Bordeaux Blends Red Wine
Red Wine by Cadence from Columbia Valley, Washington. 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc, 11% Merlot. This is our tenth bottling of Larry and Jane Pearson’s superb vineyard, and a wonderful decade has it been! Altogether deeper black fruit than Ciel du Cheval combined with a powerful sense of Tapteil dust, a signature trait of this vineyard. There is a solid core of massive blackberry and black plum fruit. The freshness of the vintage is present in the slight orange peel accents on the palate. The tannins are typically Tapteil: big, ripe, long and dense. This needs a steak like fish need water.
